Equipped with comprehensive in-house lifting facilities, including a 10-ton gantry crane and a 35-ton Tadano mobile crane, we are fully prepared to manage all aspects of heavy engineering, welding, and fabrication

Whether working with steel or aluminium, our team can handle projects ranging from essential repairs to full-scale design, construction, and refurbishment
Our capabilities extend across a diverse array of advanced welding and cutting techniques, including MMA, FCAW, TIG, SAW, GSFC, and SEM. We also utilize specialized equipment such as automatic trackers for high-efficiency cutting and plasma cutting, providing unparalleled versatility and precision

Machine Shop
With a selection of machines, our machine shop can assist with repair and manufacture of machined components
Lathes from 1 meter to 5 meters in length, automatic and semi-automatic CNC machines, two mills, 2 large radial drills, 2 presses at 50 and 70 tons including several smaller machines
These all give us the capability to provide in house machining repairs and or manufacture of parts as part of our turn key operation

Approximately 20,000 square ft. on a two-acre site
Ideally situated on the River Itchen in Southampton
Serve the local marine and shore based industries for UK, Europe and worldwide
Lifting facilities including 10-ton gantry cranes and a 35 ton Tandano mobile crane
Onsite welders and fabricators for class approval requirements for DNV, Lloyds, BV
Steel and aluminium fabrication and welding facilities
